Great Product
these were really easy to install. I had the outside ones on the truck that were on there from the dealership. They started to come off and had to change them out (what a pain getting the old ones off). The new ones went on so nice and make they truck look so much better. the only bad thing is my passenger window has the auto window and for some reason it will not except it and some times goes back down. My drivers side no issues goes right up and stays up. It should fix it self in time.

Incorrect parts
I ordered per the exact description of my truck. The part came and was the right make....wrong model. Called and was confirmed that I was correct and couldnt understand why if didnt fit. I explained wrong model once again. Sent back at auto parts expense and stepped out in faith and ordered yet another one this time with a live person on the other end. Hoping for my credit on the wrong part and hoping I get the correct part this time.

Disappointed
I purchase them with high hopes and extremely excited to install them and after receiving the "replacement" set, they were scratched as well ) : Customer service has been FANTASTIC!! Unfortunately my local parts store got my business after returning the second set. Thumbs up to customer service thumbs down on the product. ( maybe a shipping issue)
