I finally got the regulator delivered, had it installed yesterday and the thing doesn't work. It is acting like there is something in the way and won't let the window go up other than in tiny increments.
Now I have to get a replacement and pay to have it installed again. How do I get this replaced? When I get it you can have your old one back.
