Shipping was about a week and the install lasted about 2.5 hours. I own a 2009 escape and this unit is for 2008-2010 escape/tributes. It says for the 09/10 models that the holes in the frame are NOT threaded (just holes) and the 08 are threaded. This is wrong, for the 09 ...the holes are threaded, could not figure out why the bolts would not go in so had to remove the entire bumper thats when I saw that the holes were threaded, had the directions been correct ..could of left bumper on and took an hour less on install. So no need for the special tool they give you for the bolt insert (only for regular holes in frame)"
