Snapped right in. Looks and behaves just like the original equipment. Tip: to get the old part out, snap out the horizontal panel it sits in. To do this, pry up the end of the panel closest to the front of the vehicle first, then the back end will slide out. Once the panel is removed, you can easily access both sides of the mirror switch.
