This plastic door handle lever is not Toyota's finest effort. The first handle did, however, last about 9 years. In the past couple of years, I have purchased (3) replacements - all from different sources. All (3) replacements were stamped made in Taiwan and last on average 6-months. Apparently no one distributes an Toyota OEM version of this handle. Takes about 30 minutes to replace with simple hand tools."
