Great floor mats!
The brackets are designed to have the person installing the rack insert the cross bars through a rectangular opening in the clamp on brackets.
Holes in the bracket are drilled to high/misaligned causing the space for the cross bars to be too small to accept the cross bars.
If you take out the bolt and pound down the short support bar the cross bars can be inserted but then the bolt cannot be re-inserted."
