Rear door handle would no longer work on my 1999 ford E-150 van so had to replace it. This meant, as I discovered on line, replacing the entire device that holds not just the door handle mechanism but the license plate as well. Shipping was prompt. Some of the functional door mechanism parts are made of plastic rather than metal which could be an issue as far as longevity is concerned. Installation went fairly easily, the fit is perfect, and the door handle and lock assembly work well. Very happy that I was able to find this part.
