Used YouTube videos to understand how to install. Had problem with screw heads for the small screws used to attach the door lock actuator. They seem to strip easily and thus can make it harder to install. I ended up with some small vice grips to clamp around the head of the one screw that was stripped out. It worked, but just took more time. The installation instructions I had seen say that these screws are not tightened too much, but I would suggest spraying a little WD-40 on them before you try to remove. It may help. Other then that, the door locks work great now. My locks would not work unless I manually pushed the lock on the drivers door. This resolved my problem.

I replaced my defective drivers side OEM door actuator about a month ago with this item. The replacement part cost less than $15 and so far works perfectly. Can not vouch for its long term quality but i'm happy for now.
