I purchased a replacement tailgate almost a month ago for my 03 Silverado and it was delivered nearly a week later then they said it would be. It's made in Taiwan and had so many defects it's not worth listing them all and it didn't fit anyway so finally called and spent nearly an hour repeatedly telling the person that I didn't order the wrong one. Finally got a return number and he emailed me a FedEx label that wouldn't open so as to print it. After trying for several days I called back and another person said they'd send a new one which I never got so called again the next day and spoke with customer service who said they'd expedite one in an hour and apologized for the inconvenience, that was 3 days ago, still no label. They send me a review request though in about ten seconds after each call so here you go.

Other than having to make the opening on sleeve a little bigger so it fit over post. 3 minute job with hacksaw. Tailgate looks great and all parts were attached. Works great. Great price
