Fits 2000 Saturn SL1
Lets call it Direct Replacement with some work.
Bent the bottom engine-to-exhaust bracket and used a hose clamp to hold the exhaust pipe to the engine.
Hanger arms needed a little bending to fit properly.
Purchased three 8MM bolts to hold to the rest of the exhaust pipe.

NOT AN EXACT FIT!!!!!
Despite negative reviews from 12 years ago product is not yet fixed. NOT an exact fit. A mounting bracket and its clamp must be removed to install part. And mounting bracket is not in correct position for factory rubber hangers to be reused. Therefore clamps or wire need to be used to support unit. You would think that TWELVE YEARS WOULD BE ENOUGH TIME TO REVISE AND CORRECT THESE ISSUES. Guess not!!! I work for a MAJOR retail autoparts retailer. Now I know what to tell the customer that says "I can get it cheaper online".....
