I bought this to go with my KYB struts on my '07 Dodge Caliber. I put them together like the instructions said and they would not compress far enough to get the retaining nut on. They slipped over the shock easy enough, but even with a zip tie they are loose and dirt is going to get into the shock. I had to trim the bumper to get the retaining nut on and had to leave the bottom loose. This was a weekend project and I need the car for monday. I don't have time to wait for new boots. I expected KYB boots to fit KYB struts. I guess that's too much to expect. Do not buy these."
