First the order didn't ship out in three days and when I called after 4 days, I was told that it was going out.; I also saw that I was charged on an order for shipping that was eligible for free shipping so I asked for a credit. When after 2 more day I saw that it still wasn't shipped, I called was told the product didn't go out yet, so I cancelled the order. Repeat, I cancelled the order. Three days later, I received the part and I was billed for the shipping. My mechanic installed the part and it is defective. This is a neutral safety switch for a 97 Jeep and it doesn't work in neutral. I can't afford to have a new one put in so I am stuck with it. I will never buy from this part supplier again!!!"
