Way Way cheaper than the OEM dealer MSRP.
DESIGNED TO FAIL !! Looking back at my fleet of cars, I've had a total of FIVE failures of this exact same part in 3 vehicles: twice in my '05 Honda Element, twice in my '13 Chevy Volt, and now once in my wife's '12 Chevy Impala (the most recent failures with this device in the Impala and Element occurred just this past week.) The location of the failure is at one of the cable anchor points in the sliding bracket, because it is made of PLASTIC. Eventually the tug of war between the two cables results in failure of the anchor point, resulting in loss of window control. Furthermore, repeated attempts at moving the window by pressing the button will result in kinking of the cable inside the winch spool, resulting in jamming of the spool. Not good. (My old truck, a 1996 Ford F-150, has power windows and has NEVER had a problem with such failures. They just don't make 'em like they used to.
