Same,or better quality part as The one I bought local last year,. The one from APW is better quality than the one the mechanic got me last year. I did a better job, the mechanic who put the old one in left it loose and was missing a bolt. Want it done right Do it yourself. I did two regulators for much less mioney , then the mechanic charged for one.

Jeep dealers informed me rollers are pressed onto regulator therefore can not be ordered separtly
Ok so you order regulator, no rollers included... what's the deal??? Live chat no help... Customer service on phone gave RA# but was hard to understand rep.... maybe just me.... wife had hard time understanding as well... she is more patient than I am.... Not sure if I am going to get stuck with 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees.... I'm supposed to wait 1-2 days for email to let me know....
Guess I'm not a happy camper... will have to pay 3 times this cost to get from dealer... oh boy just love that...

I liked the way the website was set up for finding my part. I liked the pictures, whiched help make sure I had the right part. Check out was easy, but I wished I had gotten a confirmation email and then another email when the part shipped. I'm not sure if I would have received emails if I created an account though. But it still got here quick.
