The cat fits eventually. It is the right length and diameter, but the front connection required me to replace the stock bolts with longer aftermarket bolts, requiring a trip to the hardware store and some mod work on original hardware. It works, but it isn't a simple bolt-up swap as advertised."

Going into a C40 a running board mount has to be moved from the old to the new but the rocker is so well formed even the most inexperienced can fit it up and weld it with ease. A GREAT PRODUCT!
